Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Sunty LLC, doing business as HealthspanX (“HealthspanX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, optional Radiant Life™ Assessment, reports, RL100 services, or app, you agree to these terms.

• People under 21 are not eligible for the Assessment or RL100.
• Ages 21–24 may complete the optional Assessment but cannot purchase RL100.
• Ages 25 and older may purchase the applicable age-guided plan, subject to required confirmations and destination availability.

You must have legal capacity to agree in your jurisdiction. Purchases are also governed by checkout terms and the applicable Refund & Completion Policy, Shipping Policy, and, for recurring delivery, Subscription Terms.

Assessment and RL100 services

The optional pre-purchase Assessment provides a self-reported informational snapshot; it is not the official RL100 baseline. RL100 participants complete Day 0 before the first capsule, followed by Day 30 and Day 100 as instructed.

CVI is a contextual indicator—not a diagnosis or success score. Vitality Delta™ is a directional change metric reported only at Day 100. Neither determines dosage or promises an outcome.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate, current information; protect account and email access; and report suspected unauthorized use. Do not use another person’s identity, account, or information without lawful authority.

You may not interfere with service security or data integrity; attempt unauthorized access, scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, or security testing; submit false information; commercially exploit protected content; or use the services unlawfully or harmfully.

Orders and purchases

Prices, included NMN supply, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, renewal terms, and available purchase modes are shown before payment. HealthspanX may lawfully decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, destination restriction, or similar operational issue. If HealthspanX cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

The 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, shipment remedies, and recurring-delivery obligations are governed by their respective linked policies.

Educational content and intellectual property

HealthspanX measures, documents, and observes. Its content, Assessment, reports, research summaries, products, and systems are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Published research applies to its study conditions; it does not predict an individual response or establish equivalence with every commercial product.

The website, app, reports, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, scoring methods, and other content are owned by or licensed to HealthspanX. You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the services as intended. Radiant Life™, Ultra Pure™, Cellular Vitality Index™, and Vitality Delta™ are HealthspanX trademarks.

Availability, changes, and disclaimers

HealthspanX may update the public website, app, assigned RL100 protocol, or service availability. An active RL100 documentation window retains its assigned protocol version unless a change is required for safety, law, or operational necessity. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or operational necessity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services and content are provided on an “as available” basis without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular biological, wellbeing, or commercial outcome. Nothing excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies, or consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthspanX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations. These limits do not apply to claims for personal injury, wrongful death, or other product-liability claims to the extent such claims cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law and general terms

Nevada law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, unresolved disputes will be brought in state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada. Contact support first so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without written consent; HealthspanX may assign them in a lawful corporate transaction. These terms and linked policies form the agreement concerning their subject matter.

Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date, with additional notice when required. Continued use constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
