Terms of System Use
These terms govern access to HealthspanX public pages, the optional Assessment, RL100 participation, reports, and the Radiant Life™ app.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of System Use govern access to the HealthspanX website, RL100 public pages, the Radiant Life™ Assessment, reports, and the Radiant Life™ app. Purchasing products may also be subject to checkout, subscription, shipping, and refund terms.
Eligibility
- People under 21 are not eligible for the Assessment or RL100.
- Ages 21-24 may complete the Assessment but cannot purchase RL100.
- Ages 25 and older may purchase the age-guided RL100 plan, subject to required confirmations and availability.
Assessment and RL100 journey
The pre-purchase Radiant Life™ Assessment is optional and provides a starting snapshot. It is not the official RL100 baseline. Day 0 is required for every RL100 participant and must be completed before the first capsule.
Accounts and accurate information
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, and notify HealthspanX of suspected unauthorized use. Do not submit another person's information without appropriate authority.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to interfere with the website, app, security, or data integrity.
- Using another person's account or submitting false information.
- Extracting, reselling, or republishing protected content or data without authorization.
- Using the services for unlawful activity.
Changes, availability, and termination
HealthspanX may update the website, app, current Foundation Protocol, or service availability through governed release controls. Active RL100 windows retain their assigned protocol version. Access may be limited or terminated for misuse or operational necessity, subject to applicable law.
