Starting RL100
Entry and eligibility
No. You may begin through RL100 Direct or take the free Assessment first. The Assessment is an optional pre-purchase snapshot.
Yes. Every RL100 participant completes Day 0 before the first capsule. Day 0 is the official baseline.
People under 21 are not eligible. Ages 21–24 may complete the Assessment but cannot purchase RL100. Ages 25 and older may purchase an age-guided plan.
No. Dosage is age-guided and locked at Day 0. Ages 25–34 use 500 mg/day; ages 35+ use 1,000 mg/day.
The 100-day record
Measurement and reports
Day 0, Day 30, and Day 100 are the only checkpoints. The Vitality Delta™ is reported at Day 100 only.
The Cellular Vitality Index™ is a contextual indicator across 12 scored biological areas. It is not a success score and does not control dosage.
The Day 100 Outcome Report documents the completed window and includes the Vitality Delta™. It does not diagnose or promise improvement.
Product and evidence
The current Foundation Protocol
The current Foundation Protocol includes Ultra Pure™ NMN as the current Foundation Product. Future products are not displayed until they are activated and ready.
Not through the current public pilot journey. NMN Direct is being treated as a separate future product-commerce test.

Purchase and terms
Checkout, subscription, and refund
Yes. The RL100 Page presents both purchase modes for the assigned plan. Renewal timing and amount must be shown before subscription checkout.
Complete Day 0, Day 30, and Day 100 as instructed. If you are not satisfied with the completed program and record, request a full refund of the amount paid within 10 days after the Day 100 Outcome Report is delivered. Eligibility does not depend on a particular biological outcome. See the full policy for shipping and tax scope.
No. App access follows the paid-order handoff. Day 0 opens after possession of the current Foundation Product is confirmed.
