Return and Refund Policy
At HealthspanX.org, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a fair, comprehensive return policy to ensure your complete peace of mind.
60-Day Return and Refund Period
We provide a 60-day return window from the date you received the products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for a refund within this period.
Refund Conditions
For single-packed products, please return the product to us for a refund whether opened or not.
For multi-packed products (e.g., 2-pack, 3-pack, 6-pack, or subscription shipped annually), please return all the opened and unopened products to us so we can process refunds for:
- All unopened products
- One opened product per multi-pack
Example: If you return a 6-pack product where 2 sachets are opened and 4 sachets are unopened, we will refund you for 5 sachets.
Important notes:
- Unopened sachets must be in their original condition with the manufacturer's seal intact to be eligible for a refund.
- These refund conditions apply individually to each product type if you've purchased multiple products.
Partial Returns
For multi-packed products, we encourage returning all sachets (opened and unopened) for a comprehensive assessment. However, we understand that sometimes this may not be possible. In cases of partial returns:
- You may return any number of sachets from a multi-pack within the 60-day return period.
- Refunds will be processed based on the number of unopened sachets returned, plus one opened sachet (if applicable).
- Please note that partial returns may affect the refund amount proportionally.
Example: If you return 3 sachets (2 unopened, 1 opened) from a 6-pack product, we will refund you for 3 sachets.
Exchange
While we don't offer direct exchanges, we understand that sometimes you might want a different product. Here's how we handle exchanges:
- Return the original item following our standard return process.
- Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired product.
- If you need assistance with this process, please contact our support team at support@healthspanx.org.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at support@healthspanx.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear description or photo of the damage/defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement at no additional expense to you.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged/defective item. If so, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@healthspanx.org. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and a copy of your purchase receipt if available.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not included in the refund.
- For domestic returns (within the United States), we recommend using USPS Priority Mail or a similar trackable service.
- For international returns, please use a reliable international courier service that provides tracking (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
- Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
- Please pack your return securely to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Include your order number and return reason inside the package.
Refund Process
- Confirmation: After we receive your returned item(s), our team will assess the condition of the returned products and send you a confirmation email within 5 working days.
- Refund: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This will include the product cost according to the conditions above but will exclude original handling and shipping costs.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return. Once processed, the refund should appear in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your financial institution.
The entire refund process, from our receipt of your return to the refund appearing in your account, should not exceed 30 days.
Shipping Costs
- Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable, even if you received free shipping with your initial purchase.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not included in the refund.
International Shipments
Re-shipments and refunds for lost shipments will not be issued prior to 6 weeks after the shipment date.
