Return and Refund Policy
At HealthspanX.org, our mission is to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers with their purchases. We stand by the quality of our products and have instituted a fair return policy reflecting our confidence in what we offer.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return and refund policy for our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date you received it to return the remaining portion of one sachet for refund. For customers purchasing more than one product, please note that we can only accept return and refund for one opened item. We highly recommend new customers try one pack first before making purchases of multiple packs. Please do not return unopened sachets as we cannot restock them due to potential tampering risks to ensure our product safety for customers.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the receipt of your return. We will then initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will include the cost of the product, excluding the handling and shipping costs incurred by us when the order was sent from our warehouse to you. This is applicable even if the original shipping to the customer was free, as the handling and shipping still entails a cost on our end. The processing time for the refund will depend on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This cost will not be included in your refund.
