Refund & Fairness

Radiant Life™ operates on structured biological timelines. Our refund policy exists to support fairness and institutional trust — not to accelerate enrollment decisions or reduce seriousness of participation. A completed protocol where measurements showed little change is valid participation. Refund decisions reflect fairness standards, not system failure.

All orders confirmed and dispatched are non-refundable. Once a shipment has left our fulfillment center, the sale is final.

This applies to all purchase paths — RL100 Enrollment, NMN Direct, and Support product subscriptions. The dispatch event is the determining moment in all cases.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future shipments. The most recent dispatched shipment is non-refundable.
Completing the RL100 protocol with unremarkable CVI documentation is valid participation. The Radiant Life™ system measures and records — it does not predict or guarantee outcomes.

An unremarkable result is not grounds for a refund. The integrity of the measurement window, not its findings, determines valid participation.
Orders that are unshipped, undelivered due to a carrier error, or damaged in transit are not subject to the standard non-refund policy. These are logistics errors, not protocol dissatisfaction.

Contact customer service within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. Each case is assessed individually.
