Subscription Terms
Understand the initial order, recurring charges, renewal timing, cancellation, discount treatment, and relationship to the completion refund.
Overview
RL100 may be purchased as a one-time order or, where offered, through recurring delivery. The selected purchase mode, amount due, renewal timing, and included supply must be shown before checkout.
Initial order and RL100
Both purchase modes create the same RL100 participant obligations for the initial documentation window. Every participant completes Day 0 before the first capsule, then Day 30 and Day 100.
Renewal amount and timing
Before payment, the checkout must state the recurring amount, renewal frequency, next expected charge timing, and the products included. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown separately where required.
Cancellation
Participants may cancel future renewals through the available account or support process. A cancellation applies to future eligible renewals and does not reverse an order that has already entered processing or shipment.
Operational cutoff required
The final production page must state the exact cancellation cutoff that Shopify and the subscription application can reliably enforce.
Discount codes
The checkout must state whether a discount applies only to the first order or also to future renewals. A valid code must show the revised amount before payment. Invalid, expired, or ineligible codes must return a clear message.
Relationship to the completion refund
The 100-Day Completion Refund applies only to the initial qualifying RL100 order under the Refund & Completion Policy. Subscription renewals are separate.
