Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Shipping Timeframes
Generally, 3–7 business days within the United States and 8–15 business days for international destinations. International deliveries may be delayed by customs clearance.
Carriers
We ship with various carriers; for example, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your shipping address and the size or weight of your order.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free standard shipping for all orders within the United States and standard shipping for international orders over $100.
International Shipping
Recipients are responsible for all customs duties and fees on orders shipped outside the United States.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to government sanctions and trade restrictions, we do not ship to: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or Ukraine.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable (for example, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed parcels), we will refund the product cost. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate it or potentially replace it.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed for shipping.
