How information is used and disclosed

HealthspanX uses information to provide the website, Assessment, reports, RL100 journey, app, orders, delivery coordination, customer support, account security, requested communications, controlled performance measurement, and legal or recordkeeping functions.

Assessment email and optional marketing

An email address is required to begin the Assessment and to deliver and help recover the Assessment Report. Marketing is separate and optional. HealthspanX sends occasional educational content, updates, and offers to an Assessment participant only when that person actively selects the optional marketing checkbox. Declining marketing does not affect the Assessment or report.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Report-delivery, recovery, account, order, safety, and other necessary service communications may still be sent when applicable.

Information is disclosed only as needed to providers supporting hosting, authentication, secure storage, security, commerce, payments, fulfillment, delivery, email, customer support, controlled analytics, professional advice, compliance, or lawful requests. Commerce and fulfillment providers receive controlled order, assigned-plan, access-status, and delivery information—not full Assessment responses, CVI details, or report content.

Consumer health data

Consumer health data may include Assessment and RL100 responses, safety confirmations, wellbeing-area scores, CVI, reports, and checkpoint records. HealthspanX processes this information to deliver the requested Assessment or RL100 service, generate reports, maintain the assigned RL100 protocol record, support participants, protect system integrity, and comply with law. Automated rules calculate scores and comparisons; they do not diagnose a condition or determine treatment.

When required, HealthspanX obtains affirmative consent before collecting consumer health data and separate consent before disclosing it. Any required disclosure consent identifies the relevant data, purpose, and recipient categories. Consent may be withdrawn through the request process below.

Advertising and analytics boundary: HealthspanX does not send Assessment or safety responses, CVI, wellbeing-area scores, report content, checkpoint records, identifiers tied to those records, or tokenized report URLs to Meta, Google Analytics, or other general advertising platforms. HealthspanX does not sell consumer health data or share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and measurement

The public website may use necessary, preference, analytics, and advertising technologies. Where required, optional technologies are controlled through cookie preferences. General analytics and advertising providers may collect standard public-site interaction information when permitted, but they are not permitted to collect consumer health data from the Assessment, reports, or authenticated RL100 app surfaces.

Retention, transfers, and security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, report and record integrity, support, security, disputes, and legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and may be shortened when a valid deletion request applies.

HealthspanX and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. HealthspanX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosure, withdrawal of consent, or restriction of certain processing. You may also ask whether HealthspanX collects, shares, or sells consumer health data; request relevant third-party information; or ask HealthspanX to stop collecting or sharing it.

Send a request to support@healthspanx.org with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Do not include Assessment answers or report content in the initial message. HealthspanX may request information reasonably needed to authenticate the request.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional or different rights under your state’s consumer health data or privacy laws. Contact us using the method above and we will respond as required by the law applicable to you.

If HealthspanX refuses to act, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. When required, an appeal-denial response will explain how to contact the applicable state regulator.

Changes

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Additional notice or affirmative consent will be provided when required before collecting a new health-data category, using health data for a new purpose, or disclosing it to a new recipient category.
