This working notice describes the information flows that support the website, the optional Assessment, commerce, RL100 documentation, communications, and the app.
Scope
This notice describes how HealthspanX handles information across the public website, Radiant Life™ Assessment, Assessment Report, commerce systems, lifecycle communications, and the Radiant Life™ app.
Information collected
- Contact and account information.
- Eligibility and age-guided assignment information.
- Assessment responses, biological-area scores, reports, and RL100 checkpoint records.
- Order, payment-status, shipping, subscription, and customer-service information.
- Website, campaign-attribution, device, security, and usage information.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide the Assessment and reports, administer RL100, assign the age-guided protocol, process orders, support participants, prevent misuse, maintain security, measure journey performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Sensitive-data boundaries
Assessment narratives, CVI scores, biological-area scores, pregnancy or safety responses, and participant identifiers must not be placed in public URLs or advertising-platform event payloads. Commerce systems receive only the minimum controlled information needed to fulfill the order and coordinate RL100 access.
Service providers and sharing
HealthspanX may use service providers for website hosting, the app, payment and commerce, fulfillment, communications, analytics, security, and customer support. Information is shared according to function and contractual controls, not sold as a general customer list.
Retention and security
Information is retained according to operational, legal, scientific-record, and security needs. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and requests
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about use. Requests may require identity verification. Marketing communications include an applicable opt-out method.
