You may return eligible items within 60 days from your order date.
Refund Conditions
- For single-packed Ultra Pure NMN™, you may return the product for a refund, whether it is opened or unopened.
- For multi-packs, please return all opened and unopened units so that we can refund all unopened units and one opened unit per multi-pack. For example, if you return a 4-pack with 2 sachets opened and 2 unopened, we will refund 3 sachets—the 2 unopened and 1 of the opened.
- Unopened sachets must be in their original condition with the manufacturer’s seal intact to be eligible. The 60-day return window applies from your order date.
Partial Returns
If you prefer to return only part of a multi-pack, you may send back any number of sachets within 60 days. Your refund will be calculated based on the number of unopened sachets received, plus one opened sachet if applicable, and the total refund will be reduced proportionally.
Exchanges and Replacements for Damaged or Defective Packs
We sell only Ultra Pure NMN™, and exchanges are available only for damaged or defective packs. Email support@healthspanx.org within 60 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will cover return shipping and send a like-for-like replacement at no additional charge.
How to Initiate a Return (U.S. and International)
To start a return, email support@healthspanx.org with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with eligibility confirmation and instructions. After approval, ship the item using a trackable service and place a note with your order number and reason for return inside the package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in approved damaged or defective cases.
- For U.S. returns, use USPS Priority Mail or a similar trackable service.
- For international returns, use a reliable trackable courier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Please use protective packaging—a bubble mailer or a sturdy box with padding—as items damaged due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a full refund
Refund Process
After your parcel arrives, we will assess the return and email a confirmation within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product cost according to the conditions above, excluding original handling and shipping. Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt for our processing. Your bank may take an additional 7–10 working days to post the refund. The full process should not exceed 30 days from the date we receive your return.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated above.
International Shipments
Re-shipments and refunds for lost international shipments are not issued before 6 weeks have passed from the shipment date. International returns follow the same steps outlined above: contact us by email, await confirmation and instructions, return the item with a trackable service, use protective packaging, and include your order details inside the parcel.
