All HealthspanX subscriptions renew automatically every two months (bimonthly). You will receive a reminder email three days before each renewal so you can make any updates or cancellations in time.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. To do so, log in to your HealthspanX account and click Manage Subscription, or contact our support team at support@healthspanx.org. Please include your order number and the email used for your purchase for faster processing.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. All subscription orders are protected by our 60-day money-back guarantee, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund or return within 60 days of your order date.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a break, you can pause your subscription at any time—no limits or preset durations. When you’re ready, you can easily resume your plan and continue enjoying your subscription benefits without losing your pricing or status.
